A Sunny Vineyard Wedding

Sunflowers are so cheery! We love the color combination of yellow and pale blue in the place setting echoing the beautifully clear sun & sky. And being into fonts lately, I really like the script font used on the place cards and table numbers. Can anyone ID this font?

The flowers and colors here showcase how simple details can really create the whole feel of the wedding without creating clutter- all the pictures from this wedding are so cheerful, it just looks like such a happy event!
