Isaac at Target, o.k.; Ralph at J.C. Penny's, shacky.; but Vera at Kohl's! No. Why are all these designer's so quick to sell out their names. What's next, Monique at Marshall's.

I've been keeping a watchful eye on the roll-out of Vera's new collection, thanks for sharing the pics of the ad campaign.

nothing wrong with bringing fashion to the people! if it gets more people to think outside the box and dare to "step foot inside" a Kohl's then people can see that inspiration can be found in all places...not just upscale. It's easy to do fashion expensive...it takes true talent to do fashion with limited resources. Go Vera!

I was killing time today, and stopped in Kohl's. I usually hate most of what they have. I saw Simply Vera and was very impressed. I had no idea she had a new line in the store.
I bought a beautiful blouse and jeans. I tried on 3 pair of shoe's and the were extremely uncomfortable. The clothes are fantastic though!

Have you ever tried Vera's "real" line of shoes... I own a pair that I can't stand to wear for more than 1 hour.

I know for a fact as an employee of Kohl's that this line will bring in a new set of customers, but on the other had Kohl's is a lower end retail store our customers enjoy the deals that we offer and clothing and the friendly atmospher we offer. This line will sell but not right away because of pricing and the style it s very "model" looking and some people may enjoy that but many of our Kohl's shoppers enjoy simple and this is everything but simple.

The line is already selling...and fast. The local Kohl's had to take theirs off the floor for a few days because it they were selling too much. lol.

Not everything in this collection is my style, though I do love one of the blouses and a few of the jackets. ^.^

I was actually really disappointed with the quality of Simply Vera. Most the line was polyester masquerading as silk, at silk prices. Isaac can do silk at Target, Vera should have been able to do silk at Kohl's!

Not that impressed with the quality of the line. I asked the sales woman if I could try the size that was on the maniquen and she bluntly told me "NO, it is against Vera policy to take clothes off the maniquen" I was stunned! It is KOHLS, not a coutoure boutique!

vera wang also sells mattresses...i think when designers try to make as much money as possible, in every way they think they can..its like paris hilton becoming actress/singer/bookwriter. enough said.

I just bought the empire waisted navy blue dress and I love it!! Seriously, it is super flattering for us big booty types. Right now everything in the line is 30% for their anniversary sale. I wouldn't pay full price for it but at that price I had to have it.

I loved the Simply Vera line...I bought a lavender blouse with pleats in the front - I don't really care if the material is synthetic... it's a beautiful shirt and it looks amazing on me. Some of the things, like the bubble skirt, were a little strange looking but nonetheless, I think it's great that a designer like Vera Wang would give middle-class kids like me a chance to have clothes as beautiful as that.
